I guess you can’t do everything in Walmart |

You can buy almost everything at Walmart and do almost everything there (some college student once spent his spring break there), but a Kansas couple has proven there are two things you can’t do there. According to The Smoking Gun those two things are shoplifting and sex. Hutch News is reporting that Julian Call, 22, and Tina Gianakon, 35, allegedly took some K-Y Jelly and then started fondling each other under their clothes in front of others. The two were charged with “sexual intercourse or sodomy with any person or animal with knowledge or reasonable anticipation that the participants are being viewed by another.†and then released. The couple also reportedly took other items besides to lubricant, but I could not find out if one of those other things were condoms or a pregnancy test. If they weren’t, they might have to go to Target to pick those things up.
BTW is it just me or does Tina look like Shannon Woodward from Raising Hope? There has to be a way that the Fox sitcom can do something with this, couldn’t you see Sabrina and Jimmy getting it on in the store?

Fred Willard was arrested yesterday in Hollywood for Lewd Conduct. According to TMZ he was arrested at an Adult Entertainment movie theater with his hand on his pen!s aka The Pee Wee Herman. The police were doing a routine check when they reportedly caught him at the Best in Show moment. He was booked and released.
Hopefully someone will offer him some very important advice today like the internet is for pOrn. It is much cheaper and you don’t get arrested for showing the director you really liked his work.
BTW does anyone else feel for the cops that busted him busting it.
Finally I hope Playboy opts do a Thanksgiving stand up special with Willard and Herman at a movie theater, I know I would pay to watch it.

Willie Nelson was busted yesterday with 6 ounces of marijuana after his tour bus was stopped at the Border Patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca. When they searched his bus they found the pot and Willie Nelson claimed it was his according to the El Paso Times. Hudspeth County Sheriff Arvin West told the paper, “he could get 180 days in county jail, which if he does, I’m going to make him cook and clean.” That seems like a pretty harsh sentence for the 77 year old singer.
Nelson paid a $2,500 bond and was on the road again in the early afternoon.

Brian Bonsall arrested again |

Brian Bonsall was arrested again in Colorado, this time the Family Ties star was busted on “accusations that he violated the conditions of his bond by testing positive for marijuana.” according to The Daily Camera. The paper added that the District attorney said that Bonsall had several diluted urine tests before the one on February 15th came back positive. They added that The DA said he said he ha applied for a medical marijuana license because he needs pot to relieve his headaches, but as of now they don’t know if he was approved or denied. Either way his bond said he was not allowed to use drugs, so the judge revoked his bond and he is currently being held on a $10,000 bond after the hearing.
Bonsall is facing charges from back in December when he was accused of hitting a friend with a stool and also for failing to show up to court on charges in connection to allegedly assaulting his girlfriend back in 2007 and that is why this was considered a violation of his parole. Bonsall plead not guilty today.
So sad that someone with such a bright future wound up like this.

Charlie Sheen spent his Christmas behind bars in Aspen, Co on suspicion of domestic violence according to OK!. Pitkin Couny Police told the magazine, “Mr. Sheen is still incarcerated at this time and a mandatory restraining order has been filed against him. He is not allowed to contact the victim and we won’t be releasing the victim’s name, per policy. Mr. Sheen is currently awaiting advisement by a judge before he can be released.†The victim is rumored to be his wife of over a year and a half, Brooke Mueller but since they won’t be releasing the name of the victim there is no way of knowing until one of them goes to the press and you know they will. Although Charlie’s rep had this to say, “Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion.†Well if he doesn’t want us to jump to any conclusions then tell us what happened?
No word yet if he is arrest will effect production of Two and a Half Men, but I doubt it.
UPDATE: TMZ is reporting that Brooke Mueller was legally drunk with a blood alcohol level of .13 when she called 911. They added she recanted her story after Charlie’s arrest, but as of now police are continuing with the case. I guess that is what his rep meant when he said don’t be “mislead by appearance”.
Charlie was released from jail on a $8,500 bond.
