Anne Hathaway is starting to do premieres around the world for Les Misrables and her first dress in London was miserable. It is the type of dress you would see a woman in her 70’s wear on a cruise thinking she looks sexy, but everyone knows she is wearing a jeweled MooMoo and no one looks good in one no matter how much it costs.

Les Miserables doesn’t look as misrable

The second trailer is out for the much buzzed (and I am not referring to Anne Hathaway’s haircut) Les Misrables. It looks better than the first one, but not enough for me to go see it on Christmas Day. I saw the Broadway play and I wasn’t impressed by it so why would the film be any better. Are you planning on doing a Jewish Christmas when it comes out or are you planning on waiting til it is on cable?

Anne Hathaway talks about cutting her off hair

Anne Hathaway was on Live with Kelly and Seth (since it is rumored he is getting job) and Kelly Ripa asked the Oscar host if she cried when she cut her for Les Misérables. The Princess said, “cutting my hair reduced me to, like, mental patient-level crying. I was inconsolable.” I get it. It is a big deal and especially for an actress who is defined by her hair. She looks good with the temporary hairstyle, but I am sure by the movie comes out it will be much closer to what she looked like before the scissors and her became enemies for a movie.
Hathaway also talked about her wedding and said at this time she has even began to plan. Kelly then offered to do it on the show and she responded by asking if the dog wedding planner can put it together. How arfdorable. Can you imagine how much fun that would be? The nuptails would leave you on Cloud CaNine.

Does Les Miserables look like a dream or miserable?

The first official trailer is out for Les Miserables and in it you really get to hear Anne Hathaway sing. I for one was blown away by how beautiful her voice sounded in it. Is it enough to make me see on Christmas Day? Sorry but I absolutely hated the Broadway show so I don’t plan on sitting through it again.
BTW it was brilliant of them to include the hair cutting scene in it because that is all everyone is talking about.

Les Mis looks Misérables

A sneak peek of Les Misérables starring Anne Hathaway and Hugh Jackman is out and I think it looks Misérables. Even though I am not wowed by it, I am sure the Oscar voters will love it just because of the star power and the story is based on.
Personally I am surprised that they didn’t use On My Own in the promo since it is the most famous song from the show.
