Before Anna Kendrick was in the college glee club in Pitch Perfect, she was in her middle school’s debate club in Rocket Science. She looks the same now as she did when she was 21 in that 2007 movie.
I have to start off by saying I am not a fan of either Blake Lively or Anna Kendrick. Watching them answer Wired’s Most Searched Questions actually made me not like them even more than I already do. They just come as they are too good for this, and they are not.
It might just be me, or do you feel the same way?
I mean, I had no intention of seeing A Simple Favor, and this makes me want to see it even less.
Anna Kendrick wrote a book called Scrappy Little Nobody and she promoted it on Sunday’s Today. On page 183 she reveals something about herself that Willie Geist just had to ask her about. He wanted to know what she meant, when she wrote, “Every time I talk to one of these journalists, every single time, I picture them having sex.”
She didn’t know how to react to his pitch perfect question because she was so embarrassed, but eventually she admitted she was picturing the morning having sex. In her defense, she says it is because he brought it up. Wonder if she brought anything up on him. If you know what I mean?
I always wondered what actors pictured when they spoke to journalists because I picture them naked. Which has been extremely awkward for me because I saw a few of them naked or in their sex tapes. Two times I couldn’t control my laughter, especially the one actor who I saw naked in person during a performance of Hair.
Anna Kendrick, Adam DeVine and Aubrey Plaza did an interview with Vanity Fair for their movie Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates and it was horrendous as their film looks. The only positive thing I can say about it is that Zac Efron was smart enough to not take part in it because there was nothing even remotely funny about it. I watched the whole thing hoping it would get better, but it only got worse. So if you were even thinking of spending any money on their disaster flick, now you know not to.
I don’t get Plaza’s appeal because she plays the same sh!tty character in every heinous movie and they all bomb. When will Hollywood say enough is enough. When it comes to Kedrick, she needs to stick with roles like Pitch Perfect because she can only play a nice girl. She might try to be a bad girl, but she doesn’t have the chops for it. When it comes to DeVine, I don’t even remember him being in Pitch Perfect, do you?
I know that interview was supposed to be a funny bit, but it just wasn’t funny in the least.
Last week, when Justin Timberlake released his song Can’t Stop the Feeling for the Trolls soundtrack, and it was also announced in the press release that he is also singing True Colors with Anna Kendrick on the soundtrack. Today at Cannes, the two of them performed the song live for an audience. I think they did Cyndi Lauper proud because they definitely blew a lot of people away including me.
Don’t you think he seriously has such a beautiful voice when he sings a ballad acoustically.
