On Sunday night it appeared as though Miley Cyrus was trying to get into Robin Thicke’s pants, but looks like he might have already gotten into hers. Back in June, Hannah Montana was seen in black and white stripped pants, a matching jacket and a black shirt. Kind of like what Thicke was wearing on Sunday. So I have to wonder if she dressed him for their much talked about duet at the VMAs?
Maybe I am looking at things through Blurred Lines, but now I think we know what inspired his Beetlejuice styling.

Alan Thicke, Joanna Kerns, Tracey Gold and Jeremy Miller all got together this weekend and The Seaver Clan look as close as they ever did. Can you believe it has been 28 years since we got to know them as Jason, Maggie, Carol and Ben Seaver? They look just like they did when they were part of that sitcom family that we wish was ours.

Robin Thicke was on Late Night tonight and instead of doing Blurred Lines like he has been doing on all of those other talk shows; Jimmy Fallon decided to try to do something different with the song that he has done with some other artists. The Roots and the NBC late night host went into the dressing room with Thicke and used some make-shift instruments that you can find in any elementary classroom to perform the hit song that everyone is singing this summer. What you get is version of the song that might be even more addictive that the original one. Seriously I can’t stop listening to it.
BTW is it just me or for once doesn’t Robin Thicke look more like his mom, Gloria Longing, in this video than his dad, Alan Thicke?

Robin Thicke was on The Howard Stern Show today and he told the Shock Jock that his huge hit Blurred Lines is about his wife. Alan Thicke’s son said, “The song Blurred lines has, ‘She’s a good girl, but she wants to be a bad girl’. It’s very much about my wife.” Then he explained, “My wife is Mrs Good Girl, gradually over our marriage, I’ve turned her into a bad girl.” So Stern wanted to know more, and Thicke responded with, “Just meaning naughty sexually.” Then he added, “We’ve done just about everything (sexually.)…She like it all.”
So it sounds like they are really living 50 Shades of Grey! Maybe he should write the theme song for the movie?

Was The Cosby Show opening the inspiration for Blurred Lines? |

So some guy called Garlic Jackson Comedy replaced The Cosby Show theme music from the sitcom’s opening with Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines and what we got was pure perfection. Seriously I never realized how much the two were alike until this mashup. So much so, you have to wonder if it was the inspiration for the video nearly 3 decades later.
