Over the summer, Cheerios released a commercial with an interracial couple and people for some stupid reason were in an uproar over it. Things got so bad that the cereal company had to ban all comments on YouTube for it.
Well this Sunday during the Super Bowl, Cheerios is doing a follow-up ad and they are using all of the same people. So to all you haters, this ad is a big FU! What better way to say FU, then with an awwwdorable ad that people will adore.
Way to go Cheerios, my hat is off to you!

Little by little the Super Bowl ads are starting to come out and Budweiser, who’s had some of the greatest ones, released this arfdorable one before Sunday’s game. It is about a Golden Retriever puppy who befriends a horse and the two will do anything not to be separated. What it has to do with beer, I don’t know. And you know what, I don’t care.

Duran Duran wants us to know they’re not happy with Yoplait |

Yoplait used Duran Duran‘s song Hungry Like the Wolf in an ad and the band took their website today to express their displeasure about it.
Many of you have written to us, voicing your dismay about the recent license of our song Hungry Like the Wolf, to a yoghurt commercial. Please know, Duran Duran do not support this usage of their music and unfortunately, this particular license was granted without any prior notification to any of us. Had we known, under no circumstances would we have backed it.
Thankfully, the ad has now been taken off the air and moving forward we hope to avoid any further situations like this.
Personally, I don’t have a problem with the song’s usage in this commercial. I don’t think it is that bad. To be honest, I prefer this to what H&M did their hit Girls on Film.
But what is really interesting about their message, is that we found out that musicians don’t always have control over who uses their tunes. It’s sad that they don’t have power over their own music. I wonder how many other musicians have been in D²’s situation and what advertisements used their songs without their permission. I’d like to think that is what happened to Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman because I detest the M&M’s commercial with I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That).

This Old Spice ad will scare every woman |

Old Spice has a new commercial called Momsong. It starts out normal enough, but then it gets really weird. I am not saying that because the mom is singing, but because she and several of the other moms become stalkers as they spy on their sons. Thus anyone woman who is watching this ad and dating or married to a mama’s boy will be afraid to date him because she will be fearing his mom is following them around. Moms will be scared of this advertisement because their truth has been revealed. They are saying, “Dang you, Old Spice.”
Other than that, I love the song.
Finally, do men still wear Old Spice?

Joey Fatone is the new scalp of Bosley! |

Joey Fatone was in one of the biggest boy bands ever and he was suffering from something that so many men suffer from. He was saying bye bye bye to his hair, so he decided to do something about it. The Singing Bee host went to Bosley and now he is buzzing about how well it worked for him. You don’t just have to take his word for it, his full head of hair is all the proof you need because now he is looking just like he did when in *NSYNC.
He isn’t the only one who has gotten great results from Bosley, Christopher Knight aka Peter Brady is also loving the difference they have made on his hairline! And so am I!
