Back in 2003, Adrien Brody won the Oscar for Best Actor for The Pianist. Halle Berry was the presenter and the new Oscar winner was so excited about his award that he kissed her passionately on lips.
Now almost 15 years later, a caller on Watch What Happens Live wanted to know if that lip lock was planned. The actress told the caller, “No, that was not planned. I knew nothing about it.” Then she went off in f-word tirade. She said, “I was like WTF is happening,” and “Because I was there the year before and I know the feeling of being out of your body. I just f*cking went with it. But I was like WTF is going on right now.” Then Andy Cohen wanted to know how the kiss was and her response was, “I don’t know, I was too focused on what was going on, right now. I don’t know.”
That is a side of Berry I have never seen before, and I love it. I think if she was like that more often more people would like her. Although, not enough to kiss her like Brody because she was pretty scary as she described the experience. I would not mess with her lips, would you?
