Jonah Hill is making a change in his life, so he filed the paperwork to make it official. What is it? Jonah Hill is going to change his name legally to…Jonah Hill. Huh?
As we know from his sister, Beanie Feldstein, his given last name is Feldstein. However, he doesn’t use it professionally, so he wants to make his stage name his legal one, according to The Blast.
I know, the story is not groundbreaking. But it gave me a good headline.
It feels like it was the ’70s when Netflix announced they are doing a sequel to That ’70s Show.
Well, today they finally announced, after two decades (technically a year), when That ’90s Show is going to stream. So grab your calendars because you are going to want to write down this date. Oh yeah, it is 2022, you want to input January 19th into your iCalendars.
This way, you have enough time to stock up the pot, so you can Netflix & Bake as the series is meant to be viewed. Although it looks so high-larious, you might not need the marijuana to enjoy the show.
And you better watch because you don’t want to piss off Red. If you do, Kitty will not give you any brownies to go with your munchies. And you know you need them.
Oh, and can we discuss how Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp haven’t aged a day in 16 years? What’s up with that?
Steven Spielberg was all set to attend the Gotham Awards tonight to present to Michelle Williams, but he had to cancel at the last minute. Why? According to Variety, he tested positive before he was about to walk the red carpet.
The director is in NYC to promote his biopic The Fablemans, but all of his events are rescheduled for the time being.
Hopefully, the 75-year-old will be better by awards season because it sounds like his film will be nominated for several of them.
Adam Sandler was awarded with Performer Tribute at the 32nd Gotham Awards yesterday. Something he knew about for a while. However, he was too busy to write a speech.
Therefore, his daughters, Sadie, 16, and Sunny, 14, offered to write it for him.
How did they do? Let’s just say he should have them write his comedic movies from now on because they are better at it than their dad. Maybe, instead of winning Razzies for his comedies, he could win an Oscar. Too far. I know; I felt that too.
Back to the speech. If you don’t believe me when I tell you how hysterical it is, then watch it above and tell me what you think.
I am not sharing the quotes for two reasons:
1. I am lazy!
2. Reading what he said doesn’t do his girls’ words justice.
So sit back and watch the funniest thing Sandler has done since, I don’t know when, because that was a long, long, long time ago. Oh yeah, when he started working with Jennifer Aniston.
Oh, and some people say that Sadie and Sunny didn’t write it. I think they did. Because he genuinely seemed to laugh at some of their zingers.
