On Tuesday night, we were horrified when Kathy Hilton put on lipstick while she was still on the stage as Mariska Hargitay was giving her acceptance speech during the People’s Choice Awards.
What was going on in Hilton’s head? The Real Housewife told Terri Seymour on Extra she thought she was going to sneeze, and we don’t want to hear her do that. So, she opened her clutch to find a tissue or a hanky. But she couldn’t find one, so she put on lipstick instead.
Hilton was also hoping she was off camera at the time and was horrified when she found out she wasn’t. Therefore, she reached out to apologize to the actress via DM and would love to explain to her what happened. And as of now, Hargitay has not responded.
ABC was supposed to air A Very Backstreet Boys on December 14th, but they decided to pull the special after yesterday’s accusation against Nick Carter.
A woman with Autism and cerebral palsy claimed that the singer raped her when she was 17 and that he gave her HPV in 2001.
Carter denied the charges. “This claim about an incident that supposedly took place more than 20 years ago is not only legally meritless but also entirely untrue,” Carter’s attorney, Michael Holtz, said in a statement to Variety. “Unfortunately, for several years now, Ms. Ruth has been manipulated into making false allegations about Nick – and those allegations have changed repeatedly and materially over time. No one should be fooled by a press stunt orchestrated by an opportunistic lawyer – there is nothing to this claim whatsoever, which we have no doubt the courts will quickly realize.”
This is not the first time he has been accused of sexual assault. Melissa Schuman alleged he raped her in 2003 after another woman came forward in 2017 claiming the same thing. Schuman filed a police report in 2016, but the district attorney did not prosecute because the statute of limitations ran out in California.
Al Roker has spent over a month in the hospital dealing with blood clots that traveled to his lungs.
The weatherman was released from the hospital on Thanksgiving, but he went back in the next day.
Yesterday, he was finally set free again, and he is “incredibly grateful to family, friends, medical folks, @todayshow family and all your thoughts and prayers!” Hopefully, he won’t need to go back, and we will return to Today shortly after the New Year. I don’t know his return date, but I think he earned the time off.
