The View cannot keep a conservative host, but they can get Whoopi Goldberg to stay. That is because The Hollywood Reporters says that she signed a new contract for four more years, including this one.
This is her 15th season with the daytime talk show, so her new contract will bring her to 18. That is a lucky number in Judaism, and she is Jewish right because of her last name. Right?
Anyways, I guess that means that the show is not going anywhere for another three years and the rest of Joe Biden’s presidency. Do you think that is a good thing?
Before Willie Garson played a talent agent on Sex and the City, he already had that job on It’s a Living. How funny was the 24-year-old in that 1988 episode?
If the unfunny skits on Saturday Night Live were not enough to tell us they hate us, then one of their upcoming hosts will spell it out clearly. That is because they asked Kim Kardashian to host on October 9th. As we know, the only talent she has in front of the camera is stuff you can’t even show on broadcast TV at 11:30p on a Saturday night.
I get they need ratings and buzz, but is she worth it? Didn’t recent Emmy-winner Lorne Michaels learn anything from the Elon Musk fiasco? I guess not.
Here is who else is hosting the first four shows, along with the musical guests.
October 2nd – Owen Wilson / Kacey Musgraves
October 9th = Kim Kardashian West / Halsey
October 16th – Rami Malek / Young Thug
October 23rd – Jason Sudeikis / Brandi Carlile
