Lionsgate and Actiview teamed up with Nyle DiMarco to make Wonder the first live action movie that Deaf people can enjoy with an ASL interpreter. All they have to do is download the app, start the movie, open it up (it will sync to the film) and then watch as the Dancing with the Stars winner interprets what the actors are saying.
Lionsgate is not only doing this for this film, but they are also doing it for all four of the Hunger Game movies. It is a good start, and I hope more studios do this for their movies. Maybe someday soon they will even do it for the movies in the theaters and not just the ones on home video.
Actiview also has ways for people who are visually impaired to enjoy films too.
Most sequels to animated Disney movies go straight to home video, but not Frozen 2. That one is coming to theaters on November 22nd because little girls around the World cannot Let It Go.
Will they feel the same after they see Frozen 2? I don’t think the trailer is any hint. It tells us nothing. Just that Elsa can walk on water. Well after she turns it to ice.
What do you think of it? If you have a little girl in your life, then you really have no choice. You are going to have to see it when it comes out. At least once.
Jessica Simpson is very pregnant. So pregnant that when she leaned back on the porcelain throne, she broke her toilet seat in two.
Which means her pregnancy muscles are stronger than her husband’s. That should make the former football player a little embarrassed because he has not done that yet. Granted, if Eric Johnson had his way, he would choose to break the seat off instead of the cover. This way he won’t get yelled at for forgetting to put it down.
Last week, Fox renewed The Simpsons for two more seasons. Today, they renewed the two other animated comedies. Family Guy can now vote because it is going into its 18th season. While Bob’s Burger is serving up its 10th season.
All three shows deserve to be back because they are enjoyed by kids of all ages including me.
