America Ferrara did not ring in the New Year with champagne because her and her husband, Ryan Piers Williams, are expecting their first child together. The actress broke the happy news yesterday and said, “We’re welcoming one more face to kiss in 2018!”
No word how far along she is or if the pregnancy will be written into Superstore. The latter one could be tricky because she just separated from her husband on the NBC sitcom.
Talking about husbands, Ferrara met hers when he cast her in his college film and they have been dating ever since. The two married in June 2011.
Finally, Ferrara is the last of the sisters from The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants to have a baby. Maybe, now is the right time for them to do the sequel since that they are all part of the Motherhood of the Traveling Pants.
Sherrell Colbert Ross went ice skating in Atlanta, Ga and had a moment on the ice that left her laughing for over 15 minutes. As she was on a break, she saw Jermaine Thompson trying to skate for the first time. Since it was his first time, he could barely stand and was doing everything in his power to not fall on his butt. He actually did an impressive job in by staying on his two feet, but it did not look impressive. It looked so awkward, you could not help but to laugh, eventually, with him. So much so, Ross took out her phone and recorded the stranger skating for dear life.
Eventually, several people came to his aid, but they only made it worse. It was then that his body and the ice got to know each other. Luckily, the only thing he hurt that day, was his pride.
And it was not all bad, because ABC News says that the two strangers connected on Facebook and are now friends who talk every day. At least, the Floridian has a good sense of humor about it.
Since he is a Floridian, you can understand why he had such a rough go at it. The only time we see ice in Florida is at an ice hockey game or the Ice Capades!

Remember last year when Mariah Carey totally screwed up her New Year’s Rockin’ Eve performance and we have talked about it ever since? Well for some reason, ABC invited her back. How did she do? Better, but…she still had a Diva moment.
After she was done singing Vision of Love, she had one request. She told the audience that had been standing in single-digit temperature, “Just want to take a sip of tea if they’ll let me. They told me there would be tea. Oh! It’s a disaster. OK. Well, we’ll just have to rough it. I’m going to be just like everybody else with no hot tea.” In other words, she thinks she better than all of us. And I have to say, “Sweetie, no. Not for a long long time.”
You know, now that I think about, do you think we can blame her for 2017 being such a crap year? After all she is the one that, literally, started it off on a bad note. Hopefully, since this year it went better, 2018 will be a much better year.
