If you are like me, then you are sick of listening to the Ryan Seacrests and Anderson Coopers of the World countdown the clock on New Year’s Eve to tell us when the years change. You want something different to let us know when the clock strikes midnight. Well, Phil Collins just gave us a solution. Just start his song In the Air Tonight (that everyone thinks they know what it really is about but really don’t) at 11:56:40p and when the drum solo starts, make out with the person next to you. And now we have a new tradition for New Year’s Eve. Just make you sure you have a designated DJ to press play at exact right moment otherwise you will be stuck in the past year and not move forward to the new one. After all it is the night when the amateurs are out drinking.
If you want something really trippy do on New Year’s Day, then put Dark Side of the Moon in your CD player and The Wizard of Oz in your DVD player. When the lion roars for the third time at the start of the movie, press play on CD player. Then let the two of them work their magic together. Or just watch the combination on YouTube! It is one of the trippiest things I have ever done without the help of any drugs!

Ever since I was a kid, Burger King and McDonald’s have been at war. This year, Burger King has been upping the game. On Halloween, they gave away free Whoppers to anyone who came dressed as a clown to their restaurants.
That was October, for December they brought a group of Carolers to a McDonald’s and sang their version of a Christmas Carol all about their flame-grilled greatness. As of now, Ronald McDonald has not responded, and I cannot wait to see what they wind up doing. Maybe they can send the Hamburglar in to steal the Burger King’s crown. I can’t stand BK’s mascot because he gives me nightmares. Kind of like all these viral videos are doing to Mickey D’s.
