Murder in the First is back for its third season tonight at 10p on TNT and it is going to be an interesting season.
Terry English (Taye Diggs) and Hildy Mulligan (Kathleen Robertson) are called in to investigate a shooting at a nightclub, but it is no ordinary murder. Normandy is the Quaterback of today and it is 30th birthday. While his girlfriend Popstar Alicia Barnes (Sara Paxton) is singing Happy Birthday to him, someone shoots and kills him. Now everyone is San Fransisco wants to know who killed him and why. The pressure is growing on them to solve this case yesterday, but there is not enough evidence to arrest anyone. Heck there is not even enough evidence for anyone to be a suspect.
If that is not enough for them to handle, Hildy gets news that will change her life forever.
Finally, Chief Prosecutor Mario Siletti (Currie Graham) is arguing with his wife as they drive home from his birthday party. He takes his eyes off the road to fight with his wife and he hits and kills a woman. He knows the system better than anyone else. Will that knowledge be enough to get him off from the DUI and murder? Will homicide be smarter than him?
We will just have to tune in every week for what looks another great season of Murder in the First.

50 Cent has had a lot of run ins with the law, but he never thought he would be arrested for this. The rapper was busted yesterday in St Kitts for rapping, “mother f*cking,” during a concert. According to TMZ, it is against the law to curse on stage in the Caribbean, thus was he booked for the crime.
He was released from jail this morning, and he will go in front of the judge tomorrow to pay a fine. Hopefully he will have enough money to pay since he did file for bankruptcy.

We have followed the bands on the road and starting tonight at 10p on Showtime we go behind the scenes with Roadies. By the time we see the singer on the stage everything is all set up. But how does it get that way? That is what this series shows you and it is crazier and wilder than you can ever imagine.
Bill (Luke Wilson) is the Tour Manager trying to keep the madness under control. Something it never seems to be. Sheli (Carla Gugino) is the Production Manager and Bill and her have a history. It is that history that makes them the mom and dad to everyone on the tour. And boy do these kids need a mom and a dad.
So when they start to screw up, the label brings in Reg (Rafe Spall) to get things in order. He is an uptight money man and none of the Roadies like him. Will he be able to get things in order? We will just have to tune in each week to find out on a show that makes you want to get a job as a Roadie.
Center Stage is one of my all-time favorite movies, so I have been waiting a long time for it to get a descent sequel. Tonight at 8p on Lifetime it gets just that with Center Stage: On Pointe.
Jonathan Reeves is still running the ABC, for the time being. Their biggest donor wants to see more modern ballet performances. If he doesn’t deliver, then she won’t deliver her money to him. Knowing he needs the money, he decides to hold auditions for classically trained and modern dancers. Bella (Nicole Muñoz), who is not a ballerina, never thought she would have a chance to be a member of ABT, but now she does.
She auditions and she gets into the summer camp that could lead to her getting in to the Academy. Along with several dancers, she will spend the next few weeks taking dance classes. At the end of it, they will audition again but this time they will officially become members of the American Ballet Academy.
It will be tough time for all. It’s old vs new and both sides won’t get along. Some will drop out, some will be injured and one person will be kicked out. Who will get it and who will go home will surprise you as much as by how enjoyable this telemovie is which also stars Sascha Radetsky and Ethan Stiefel from the original film.
I just have to add that Dance Moms’ Chloe Lukasiak was completely under utilized in this movie. I can’t count how many lines she had in the movie on one hand, yet she is in most of it. She was always the true star of the show, even though some people wanted us to believe otherwise.
