Earlier today we saw Tracy Morgan sit down with Matt Lauer on Today for the first time since his accident on June 7, 2014, and tonight on NBC Nightly News we saw the two men talk some more on the Saturday Night Live set.
During this interview the love of his life, Megan Wollover, was there by his side. That night, was the first night, in a long time, that his fiancee, their daughter and his son were not there with him. They were at home because their baby was teething. Since she wasn’t with him, they were Facetiming each other when the accident happened. Thankfully, since everything went black she didn’t know what happened to the man she loves until later. She just assumed they lost their connection. While she wasn’t by this side that night, she has been there ever since.
Another thing that was different about this interview is it was more raw and Morgan talked more about the effects from the accident. He told Matt Lauer that he is still having problems with his memory, difficulty walking and his balance is still off. Once he feels he is healed, he will get back into comedy.
Lauer asked him if he is suffering from depression and how he is working through it. Morgan replied, “I love comedy. I wonder how I am going to be funny again. I am going to get to it.” Then he added, “Remembering my identity. What am I going to do? And the fans let me know, we can’t wait for you to come back.” He took a breather because that got him choked up, then he continued, “We can’t wait for you to come back. I can’t wait to make them laugh again.”
As the interview went on, Morgan told him he still hasn’t watch SNL’s 40th anniversary special. It’s too much for him. Now he is focusing on getting better. Then he said, “One day when I am 100%, I am going to grab that mic and I am never going to let it go. Never! I promise you. I’m gonna be the funniest I can be, cause I ain’t never going to take life for granted no more.”
I promise you Tracy Morgan, we will be here for you when you are ready and we will never let you put that mic down.

Lifetime has had some huge reality hits like Dance Moms and Little Women and tonight at 10p they are introducing us to UnREAL.
UnREAL is not a reality show. It’s a scripted comedy that looks at what happens behind the scenes of a reality dating show. If you think those shows are messed up. they ain’t got nothing on UnREAL.
Quinn King (Constance Zimmer) is the executive producer of Everlasting and she doesn’t care about the Bachelor finding his true love because she’s only focusing on its ratings. She will do anything in her power to make sure they are the highest they can be. That means keeping everyone on their toes.
Then there is Rachel Goldberg (Shiri Appleby) who had to take a break from the show last season due to some mental reasons. Now she is back, but is she as ruthless. Especially when there are other producers who want their girls to win so they can get the money.
If you think the star of the show’s love life is crazy, the people behind the scenes’ love life is even wilder. King is dating the King aka the head of the show, Chet (Craig Bierko), and he’s married. When it comes to Rachel, it was her relationship with someone who works on the show that sent her away. He’s moved on and she is trying to, all while they have to see each other every day on the set.
It’s a messy situation, but that’s what makes great TV. So if you ever wondered what really happens behind the scenes of shows like The Bachelor, let’s just say UnREAL is better than all of the seasons of that show combined and equally as addicting.

Before we get to UnREAL, Devious Maids is back on its new night at 9p. When we last left off Rosie and Mr Spence got married and their wedding ended with a bang. Actually several bangs because someone shot at them and their guests as they left the church.
Tonight the episode starts off with the shooting and we find out who was shot. At least one person will not be back this season. Just because at least one person died, doesn’t mean that the rich don’t need their house cleaned. That means there is a new devious maid in the mix and it is Naya Rivera. Whose house is she tiding up? You will have to tune in to find out. And also to see who else dies at the end of the episode that is not related to the shooting…
