ABC is no longer playing Mind Games with us |

Christian Slater had a huge movie career in the ’80s, but the same cannot be said about his TV career in the last decade. That’s because of the 4 series that he starred in, only one of them got a second season pickup and even that one got cancelled just a few episodes into it.
Now even though, three times was not a charm for him that didn’t stop him from doing a fourth show. But looking at what Mind Games became, he shouldn’t have done it. ABC announced today that they are cancelling the show after 5 really low rated episodes. Which is not a shock because as much as I love Slater, I couldn’t even watch a full episode of it.
So what will replace it? Repeats of Resurrection will fill the slot for the next 2 weeks and then Celebrity Wife Swap is back. If I were Slater, I would’ve done that show instead.

The first teaser trailer is out for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and boy does that look awful. TMNT is supposed to be fun and cheesy, this movie looks like it will be anything but. But then again it is a Michael Bay film, so you know it will be all special effects and no plot.
