Friends with Better Lives debuts on CBS after the How I Met Your Mother series finale and you don’t want miss it.
Will Stokes (James Van Der Beek) is a gynecologist who recently split with his wife and he’s living with best friend/business partner, Bobby (Kevin Connolly), and his wife, Andi (Majandra Delfino). They want him out of the house, but he doesn’t get the hint just like he doesn’t get the hint that his estranged wife doesn’t want him back.
Then there is their friend, Jules (Brooklyn Decker) who just met her perfect man, Lowell (Rick Donald) at a Yoga retreat and things are happening very fast between them.
Finally, there is Kate (Zoe Lister-Jones) who is still single and she can’t figure out why. It’s because she so picky. You won’t believe why she has broke up with her past loves.
These are 5 friends at different stages in their love relationships, but as friends they are all at the same level.
Besides being a great friends sitcom, it is also has plenty of laughs. So tune in tonight at 9p and next week at 8:30p for the new HIMYM!

Emma Thompson came out for the Jameson Empire Awards yesterday and the Oscar winner had a lot fun with the photographers that were taking her photos on the red carpet. Since us Yanks got to know her as a serious actress, we forget that she started out in comedy. But it is moments like this that reminds us how naturally funny she really is! When it comes to her natural beauty, we will never forget that.

It has been rumored for months that Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are engaged and over the weekend the actor confirmed the news to AP.
Edward Scissorhands has been anything but conventional throughout his life and the latest way he is showing us that is by wearing a woman’s diamond engagement ring on that finger. Or as he put when he was asked if he was engaged, “The fact that I’m wearing a chick’s ring on my finger is probably a dead giveaway. Not very subtle.” No it isn’t, and that is one of the only things he has ever done that hasn’t been subtle.
You know, I hope he started a trend of men wearing diamond engagement rings. Why should it only be us women that have to tell the world we are taken? Why can’t men show everyone that they are not available?
Now back to Depp for a second, all of those years of smoking have really effected his voice. As in he sounds like smoker and it kind of makes him less attractive to me because it is so not sexy. Do you like the sound of his deeper voice?

Even though Michael Jackson has been dead for nearly 5 years that isn’t stopping his family from releasing an album of never before heard songs from him on May 13th.
That X Factor judge LA Reid was given full access to MJ’s archives from the estate and has picked 8 songs to retool for modern day. Hopefully he won’t make as big of a mistake with it as he did by singing on to do that now cancelled Fox singing competition show.
