Vanessa Marcil took to Twitter to announced that she is leaving General Hospital when her year-long contract is up. She said, “my final days are near will miss maurice and cast with every cell of my being. should i keep Brenda”s thigh high stilletos?” She then added, “was always just a visit……….but i will always come back :)”
Personally I wouldn’t mind if Brenda never came back because I have stopped watching GH in large part due to the most of the storylines being revolved around her. You know I feel like we ripped off that so much of the show was dedicated to her and she had no intentions of staying.
Hopefully the new head writer will spend more time dedicating the show to the other characters, you know the ones that are not Sonny? I like Maurice Bernard, but I am so sick of his character. And on that note please please please kill of Anthony Zacchara, I despise that character and hate hate hate how much of GH is dedicated to his craziness.
UPDATE: Days of our Lives is cleaning house and not renewing contracts. They are not renewing Louise Sorel aka Vivian’s (TV Guide) and Crystal Chappel aka Carly’s contracts and I think it is a mistake! I would rather they get rid of some people before them.
UPDATE 2: TV Guide broke some news that Deidre Hall and Drake Hogestyn are going to return to Salem this summer. I just wish I liked them, but I am one of the Days fans who was glad when they were gone.
Snooki was taken into custody in Italy because she hit a cop car while she was driving over there. Well MTV was expecting us to wait until Jersey Shore’s 4th season to show us what happened. Well Jimmy Kimmel Live wasn’t going to have that, so the ABC late night host and his staff came up with a reenactment of the incident and used a sweet potato to play Snooki. Sit back, watch the video and I dare you tell me that is not the worst reenactment you have ever seen. It was so bad, it was funny!
Before Andre Braugher was afraid to stand up to his dad on Men of a Certain Age, he was brave enough to fight the South in Glory. I forgot how amazing he was in that 1989 movie back when he was just 26 years old.
