Jack LaLanne passed away yesterday at the age of 96 according to AP. Before there was Jane Fonda, Tony Little and Jillian Michaels to name a few there was Jack LaLanne. He helped to bring fitness to television and exercise and the small screen have never been the same.
So today follow his example and work out in his honor.
Last night ’80s Teen Pop rivals Tiffany and Debbie Gibson proved that rumored riff between them is just a rumor as they performed at The Canal Room in Manhattan. Listening to the two of them sing together, I hope just like New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys that these two ladies go on the road together. I know I would go see them live.
Oh and yesterday I watched the two of them in Mega Python vs Gatoroid that debuts on Syfy this Saturday at 9p and the movie is better than I thought it was going to be.,,and I knew it was going to be classic!!! BTW that below fight scene is a much shorter version that the final one that is in the mega awesome movie!!!
