A few months ago it was announced they were looking for an actor to play Serena's dad on Gossip Girl, and now Michael Ausiello is telling us who it is. The skinny Baldwin brother, Billy has been cast to play William van der Woodsen. Now maybe because I am still picturing Matt Barr in the role because of the failed spinoff, but I don't think he is right for the role. I mean it is like how many actors had to say no before they found him. Granted I was really hoping for either John Schneider or William Zabka for the role. Who were you hoping would be cast the van der Woodsen patriarch?
Before Matt Bomer was put away for a White Collar crime, he was doing some other pre-criminal activity on Guiding Light. How all-American did the 24 look in 2001 on the soap? BTW I am so glad he grew his hair out because he looks so much better with the longer locks!
When I heard they were remaking Piranha and doing it in 3-D, I was very anti it. Granted all of that changed as soon I saw the trailer for the upcoming movie. The piranhas in the upcoming movie are not the ones I grew up with from the 1978 film, they are so much more terrifying and I love that!!! I so can’t wait to see Piranha 3-D when it comes out on August 27th!
Bones creator Hart Hanson Tweeted this picture of David Boreanaz and his dad, Dave Roberts (his stage name) in his office today. How adorable are the two Boreanazes together? Especially since the Angel star looks just dad, even their smiles are the same. So cute!
BTW David’s dad was a weatherman in Philadelphia up until he retired last month. I have been wondering why we have actually been having weather (rain and a tornado watch) here in LA and now I know…Dave Roberts brought it here with him when he came to see his son and his grandkids.
