Gross will play Lowell Baldwin, now known as River, the long-lost father of Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). River shows up in an unexpected place in a very unusual role.

ETonline is reporting that Morgan Freeman was seriously injured in a car accident last night in Mississippi.
We’re told by the state trooper that the accident happened when his car went off the shoulder of the road and flipped over a few times. The trooper also confirms there was a female passenger in the car with the actor. It was a one-person car crash and there was no indication that alcohol was involved.
Please pray for Morgan Freeman.
I am beginning to think that The Dark Knight is cursed. First Heath Ledger passed away, then Christian Bale arrested for allegedly attacking his mother and sister and now Morgan Freeman seriously injured in a crash. Let’s hope that is it.
Comedy Tour is Williams’ First in Six Years
This fall, award-winning actor and comedian Robin Williams will embark on his first U.S. stand-up comedy tour since his critically acclaimed 26-date tour in 2002. Entitled “Weapons of Self-Destruction,” the show will highlight Williams’ trademark free associations and riffs on social and political absurdities. The high-energy tour launches September 25th and Williams will remain on the road until the end of 2008. A first round of dates has been confirmed with additional cities to be added. Tickets will go on sale beginning in August.
“It’s an election year, which is basically Christmas for stand-up comics,” said Williams. “And I figured I should get my ass on the road while the Shrub is still in office. A lot has happened in the world and in my life since I last did this six years ago and there’s no better thrill and no better therapy than getting on that high-wire in front of a live audience.”
