The Brangelina twins are weeks away
July 2nd, 2008 under Angelina Jolie, Brangelina. [ Comments: 1 ]

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's twins are still weeks away according to her doctor who held a presser at the Nice, France hospital she will be staying at until babies 5 and 6 are born. The doctor said there is no due date for their arrival according to AP.

"Mrs. Angelina Jolie and her husband, Mr. Brad Pitt, told me to tell you that she is doing absolutely fine," said the doctor, apparently unaware that the actors aren't married.

"Her hospitalization at this stage in her pregnancy is totally normal for a patient who had a Caesarean (section) during her first pregnancy," he said.

What isn't normal is the Brangelina clan have four rooms reserved at the hospital for the family and security. Which I guess isn't that much compared to the compound they are renting there.

July 2nd, 2008 under NBC. [ Comments: none ]

While I love watching all the celebs do their circus acts on Celebrity Circus. What I love more is Louie Spence’s over-the-big top reaction to Stacey Dash. Hello the back flip, is he Clueless to the fact that she is a girl?
So tune into Celebrity Circus on NBC at 10p tonight to see what death-defying acts the celebs do and what more of a schmuck Louie makes of himself over Stacey Dash.

Must see TV is back on NBC tonight with The Baby Borrowers at 8p and 9p!
July 2nd, 2008 under The Baby Borrowers. [ Comments: none ]

Did you ignore me last week when I said that NBC’s The Baby Borrowers is must watch TV. Well here is your opportunity to make it up to me and watch last week’s premiere episode at 8p and the conclusion of the baby part of The Baby Borrowers at 9p. These two episodes are some of the most educational hours of television I have ever seen and you know that I watch a lot of TV! When I say educational this show gives a glimpse of what parenthood is like. Just because you think you are ready to be a parent doesn’t mean you always are. There is such a difference between babysitting for a few and having a baby 24 hours a day. The Baby Borrowers shows not only what it is like to raise a baby, but what type of jobs are out there if you have your child straight out of HS. And that is not much and it is really hard.
Tonight’s episodes, you watch some of the teens step up to the responsibility and some of them that are so gung ho to be parents change their mind quicker than they change a diaper. It is amazing to watch the transformation of the teens on tonight’s The Baby Borrowers and this is only one/fifth of the experiment.
Parents please spend two hours watching NBC with your kids and discuss the show with them. But you don’t have to be a parent to appreciate the show, just the desire to be one is enough. So tune in to The Baby Borrowers tonight at 8 and 9p on NBC for some entertaining educational television that will leave you talking for the days to come. You know up until next week when they 5 couples get to take care of toddlers for three days!

Ed Harris doens’t like his picture taken
July 2nd, 2008 under Bad Paparazzi. [ Comments: 2 ]

Can’t say I blame him. He asked not to be photographed and to get the camera out his face and they just didn’t listen. If they ask not to be photographed and the paparazzi has already got their shot, they should oblige the celeb’s request. Plus who really wants to post a picture Ed Harris out and about.

Josh Hartnett wants to be Tom Cruise
July 2nd, 2008 under Stage. [ Comments: none ]

Not only does Josh Hartnett want to be Tom Cruise, he is Tom Cruise. Well he will be playing Tom Cruise’s role in the West End stage version of Rain Man starting next month according to What’s on Stage.

Hollywood pin-up Josh Hartnett is best known for films such as Pearl Harbour, Black Hawk Down and The Virgin Suicides. Commenting on Rain Man, which marks his professional stage debut, Hartnett said: “It has always been my intent to work on the London stage. While I’ve had many opportunities, it was only when I read the complex and charismatic character of Charlie Babbitt that I knew the time was right. I feel very fortunate to make my London bow … Can’t wait to live and work in London, a city I adore!”

Josh Hartnett a Hollywood pin-up? I don’t know how Rain Man will translate on the stage, but with Josh Hartnett as the lead I don’t think very well. I think he would be better suited playing the role of Raymond aka Rain Man.
Saying something positive, at least it is not a musical version of Rain Man.
