According to AskMen Hugh Grant was jogging when one of the paparazzi asked them if he could take his photo. Hugh wasn't in the mood to have his picture taken so allegedly he ran after the guy, tried kicking him and threw a container of beans at him. The paparazzi guy said, "He gave me a couple of kicks in the legs and I think he kneed me." But what made the paparazzi call the police on him? "When I told him I had two children, he snarled, 'I hope they die of f***ing cancer. That really upset me and is why I went to the police to make a complaint of assault against him. He was out of order." The police plan on questioning on Hugh on the attack. I wonder what set him off? UPDATE: According to This is London Hugh Grant was arrested over this.

|  According to Us Weekly Tom Cruise has ordered that Katie Holmes go to Scientology mommy classes to learn how to be a better mom. Obviously Katie is not happy with this, "Katie was quite offended by that," the source told Us Weekly "Can you imagine when you're 28 and have your first child to be told you need to go to this church to become a better mom?"
I can't blame her for being upset about that. I think he needs to go to husband class to learn how to be a good husband. There were rumors that he bought her a scale to measure her fat, um like he needs it more than her.

After waiting four years, opening statements will finally begin in the trial against Phil Spector who is accused of killing Lana Clarkson according to KNBC. I don't get why everyone is so hot on this trial, the only thing that interests me is what type of hairdo he will have for the trial.

According to NME Beyonce was forced to pull her BDay Deluxe Edition CD because of a lawsuit. Beyonce is being sued by Des'ree for not using the song Still in Love (Kissing You) as it was licensed for her to use. Royalty Network's who licensed the song to her said she could only record it for the CD under it's original title and no video would be made from the song. Beyonce changed the song title to I'm Kissing You and released a music video, so Royalty Networks is suing her. Both their lawyers and her lawyers have decided to pull the CD until an injunction heating on May 4th. I am sure it was not that hard for her to pull the CD because it wasn't really selling.
