Yesterday there were pictures of Britney Spears coming out of a nice steak house in a stained shirt with no bra looking like crap. Here is Christina Aguilera out in Manhattan with curlers and bath robe and she looks classier than Britney. Granted Christina also looks like housewife about to get the newspaper before the neighbor’s dog pees on it.
Hilary Duff is like all bummed out because she can’t get those gritty roles like you know Dakota Fanning according to IOL. She said that she recently got a juicy script, but when the casting director heard she was interested, they weren’t. “It always shocks me the lack of openness, the lack of imagination that some casting directors have. She said, “I would read a script and be so in love with that, and someone would be like: ‘Hilary Duff? Oh no, we don’t want her for that.'”
Look I am the first to admit, I like her movies because they are sweet and great for a lazy, I don’t want to waste a brain cell Saturday afternoon, but I just can’t see her taking on a juicy role. I don’t know if playing a teenage prostitute like Eve Plumb (Jan Brady) will help to break her sugary sweet image or what exactly it would take to do that? But at least she take some comfort in knowing that The Olsen Twins are not getting those roles either.

Now that is some entertaining TV! OMG! How freaking awesome was that debate! We need more debates like that on TV! C’mon we need Donald Trump and Rosie O’Donnell to be man enough to duke it out together on Fox News! Forget this going on ET or posting crap on their blogs, put both of them on The O’Reilly Factor (since he has problems with both of them) and let them duke it out for real! You know CNN is going to copy Fox News and have Anderson Cooper and Lou Dobbs battle it out tomorrow?
Now when it comes to who was right in this fight…Bill O’Reilly or Geraldo Rivera? I am siding with Rivera, but do we really care what they were debating about? BTW where was Greta Van Sustern to moderate these two?
So to promote Hairspray they are releasing doll version of the leads in July! And believe it or not they are not that expensive, they are going for $15! And how cute are these dolls? I so want the John Travolta one! There is just something so lovable about him in this role, I don’t know why?
Anyways back to the dolls, USA Today did an interview with Nicole Blonsky, Travolta and Zac Efron to see what they thought of their dolls. “I’m a doll!” Blonsky gushed in a phone interview “Oh, my goodness, it’s me. It’s adorable. The first thing I’m noticing are the chubby hands and short fingers. That may sound weird, but I have very small hands, and those are my hands.” Travolta who has had a doll made of himself beforehand as Vinnie Barbarino, E-Mailed this response, “It is very cute. The outfit is “perfect,” and he can’t wait to show it to his wife, Kelly Preston, and their daughter, Ella, 7, who “will really like it.” Zac Efron says, “Having a doll of yourself is completely surreal.” Blonsky added that she is going to buy everyone in her a family and her friends a Tracy Turnblad doll for Christmas! How cute is that?
