|  "With regards to this past weekend's events, it's important to my husband and I that the reports regarding domestic violence, as well as our children's safety, contain facts and not speculation. The weekend's difficulties were brought on by a reaction to an imbalance in medications used to treat my bipolar disorder. Reports that we were fighting at the Graciela Hotel are untrue. Scott was simply trying to help calm me down. I want to make it very clear that he did not hurt me in any way. For lack of a better expression, I was unstable and just "lost it." Payment for the damages to the Graciela Hotel has already been made. The gracious staff and management have accepted our apologies and welcome us back in the future. Most importantly, neither of our children were witness to any of these events and they have been in the care of a family member. Scott and I are very involved in our children's lives on a daily basis and we love them unconditionally. We appreciate all your concerns and how supportive people have been. After nearly seven years of marriage I am truly grateful to have a loving husband, drug-free for 3-1/2 years now, who is able to care for me during this challenging time. We ask that you refer to this statement for the facts and depend on no other source."

American Idol needs a new stylist ASAP |

Seriously Sanjaya Malakar's hair and those outfits are screaming for a new stylist to do American Idol. Mosly Sanjaya's hair, WTF was he thinking? That hair is what is keeping him the competition. I doubt he will be out tomorrow, but if he does that don't again he will be. And what was up with those unflattering outfits? Someone said Melinda Doolittle looked like a Jetson and they were so right on. You know they don't have to dress them like their vocal coach. Gwen Stefani has her own style for a reason. When it comes to perfomances I just don't care. There is still no one I am rooting for and I have still not be blown away. It was just another yawner. Do we have an American Idol yet?

Fox is holding Standoff hostage until June |

According to Broadcasting & Cable Fox has decided to hold Standoff hostage until June. The show was suppose to come back Friday, April 6th at 8p, but Fox has decided instead to stay with House repeats in that timeslot. Even though Fox is airing the first season of House on Fridays, I think they need to be careful not to over air the show. Fox has said that Ron Livingston's show is not canceled, and its fate for next season has not been decided. But let's be real the writing is the wall and this hostage negotiation went very badly.
