Seriously? OMG! WTF?

A swanky California drug treatment facility claims that Courtney Love spent three months there in late-2005 and has since ignored demands to pay her outstanding $181,000 tab. In a Superior Court lawsuit, Beau Monde International charges that Love was treated at the firm's oceanfront Newport Beach property, a "boutique" rehab center that handles no more than five patients at a time. Beau Monde, according to its web site, offers spa and salon treatments, gourmet meals, poolside massages, and "luxurious fluffy robes and slippers." In the March 1 complaint, a copy of which you'll find below, Beau Monde alleges that Love, 42, paid $10,000 shortly after entering the facility in August 2005, but still owes it $181,286. The performer was ordered into rehab that month by a Los Angeles judge after she admitted violating her probation (which was imposed in connection with drug and assault pleas). Attached to the breach of contract lawsuit is a copy of Love's rehab bill, which includes "spa and other incidental costs" totaling about $36,000, and is addressed to Howard Weitzman, her criminal lawyer, and Warren Boyd, the singer's personal addiction counselor. Beau Monde's complaint also includes a copy of the facility's admissions agreement, which is in the name of "Courtney Love Cobain."

The Smoking Gun 

So my friend said $180,000 is very expensive and he could understand why she wouldn't pay. I said to him, but think how much she saved on drugs and alcohol while she was in there. Probably would've cost her around the same amount? And if this is the same place that helped her kick habit, she should give them a bonus and instead of not paying them.

Last week, I reported that fan favorite Ashly DelGrosso would not be returning this season to DANCING WITH THE STARS because she was pregnant with her first child, due in July. Today, I can tell you why Louis Van Amstel (who hoofed it with Monique Coleman, Lisa Rinna and "Bachelorette" Trista Rehn in previous seasons) will not be returning to the show. Louis gave a reason for his absence to fans via his official website, "As you may have already heard, the couples for season 4 of DWTS have been announced and guess what…I'm not one of them. I got the first call early last week that I wasn't going to have a celebrity dance partner this season, due to the simple fact that by sheer chance, all the female celebrities are 5' 9'' or taller. Since I am 5' 8'', I am unlucky this season." An inside source close to DWTS told ACCESS HOLLYWOOD that Van Amstel was not asked back not because of a height issue but because he had turned into a complete diva during the recent tour. Van Amstel was the tour's choreographer and is said to have been angry that he had to share those responsibilities with judge, Carrie Ann Inaba who is herself a choreographer. Louis and Carrie Ann apparently butted heads the entire time and dancers on the tour are said to have been seen crying and threatening to quit under Van Amstel's tutelage. According to the source, the last month of the tour the troubles eased up but the damage had already been done so Van Amstel was not given a celebrity partner. It is possible he may return on an as needed basis as a choreographer only for results show dances.

As much as I like him, I can totally see that. He was very tough on his dancers and the stress of a tour, I am sure made him even more, well, b!tchy.

E! News spoke to Antonella Barba about being voted off of American Idol 6. Although she did not talk about her controversial photos, she did talk about what the near future holds for her.

She knew last night was the going to be the end of the road for her, "I had a gut feeling and it wasn't a good feeling. I was right." She then added what was is next for her,  "I'm going to stick around LA for a couple weeks and see what kind of offers I get. I would like to continue singing. I would even look at acting offers, modeling and just see what's best for me."

So far she has offers from Girls Gone Wild and Playboy, it will be interesting to see what else she is going to get. After all it is pilot season!

UPDATE: USA Today was at today's American Idol cast-off press conference. We finally her from Antonella and how she felt about her pictures being out there."I hoped to remain on the show because of my talent. I hope the photos didn't affect where I got in the competition" Antonella felt, as she should, that she was exploited by the pictures being leaked online, "I've learned to be careful who you trust." When she was asked if the pictures affected the way she performed on the show, "That's not what I'm about," she said. "All that other stuff was irrelevant. It was definitely difficult (to deal with), and it wasn't how I intended things to go. But I tried to block out as much as possible and focus on the competition. I'm here to sing." They also asked her about the offer from Playboy, and sorry boys she said she said she will absolutely not pose for Playboy. She also adsed, "The pictures that actually are of me are very personal" That is not how I intended to portray myself nor do I intend to portray myself in the future. That was personal, private and not for the public." Dru Libby, a publicist for the show finally had to put an end to the questions,  "She was almost in tears after the (30-minute media session)," Libby said. "You could tell she was wearing down. She was getting that lump in her throat where she was breaking down. After six questions…honestly, she couldn't take it anymore." I know several of you think those pictures are wrong, but I feel for her. I would hate to have something I thought was between my friends and me exposed like that and you can't defend yourself. What should be some of the happiest days of your life are you slowly becoming your worst. I wish her luck and hope she gets something. Hopefully not singing because that is not her niche.

So The Hollywood Reporter has who has re-upped, who is close to re-upping and who is still fighting for money on Grey's Anatomy.

Ellen Pompeo came out the best of them all making $200,000 an episode. Next up, Golden Globes' winner Chandra Wilson and James T Picken's Jr who will each make $125,000 an episode and T.R. Knight and Justin Chambers are expected to sign on for the same amount. Patrick Dempsey, Katherine Heigl and Sandra Oh are still in negotiations and no salary amount has been released. Isaiah Washington is not expected to get a raise, because of the new F-Word and is also still in discussions. No word on how the negotiations are going for Kate Walsh who has the potential spin-off, Eric Dane or Sarah Ramirez. The contracts are retroactive to the beginning of the season, so imagine the sweet paycheck they are about to get. Also the original cast signed a rumored 7 year deal with Touchstone, so they can negotiate all they want but they are stuck with the show.

Personally I think it is BS that Ellen Pompeo is making more than the others. Yes the show is named after her character, but it is an ensemble cast. Other shows' casts would've fought that, like Friends. I wouldn't miss her if she was gone and was kind of upset she survived the three-parter. Sorry Ellen. Anyways it will be interesting to see what will happen.

BTW is there anyway I can make a year what they make an episode?

Good news out of London as the Daily Mirror reports that Johnny Depp's little girl, Lily-Rose has left the hospital. The news broke Wednesday night that she was seriously ill and that Depp was not leaving her side. Then yesterday his publicist said she was doing better, but did not disclose her illness. Today it is reported that Depp carried her out of the hospital and took her back to his hotel! One onlooker said: "Johnny and Vanessa looked exhausted." Can you blame them?

Depp who is in London filming Sweeny Todd has Dreamworks on his side, "We've adjusted his schedule to fit in with his needs. Everybody's with them in good spirits."

His people also has a message for us, "The family greatly appreciates the continued support." I am so glad she is doing better!
