Judge rules that Dannielynn’s guardian will decide where to bury Anna Nicole Smith |

|  The judge presiding over the Anna Nicole Smith burial hearing ruled Thursday that Smith's remains should be given to the guardian ad litem representing her infant daughter, Dannielynn. But the judge said he personally wants Smith buried with her late son Daniel in the Bahamas. "I have suffered for this, I have struggled with this, I have shed tears for your little girl," Broward County Circuit Court Judge Larry Seidlin said to Smith's mother about 15 minutes before he ruled. He said Smith wanted to be buried next to her son Daniel, and that the flame of her beauty was quickly going out. He also urged all the possible fathers of Smith's newborn daughter to get a paternity test. A series of final witnesses were called on Thursday, including the former Playboy Playmate's first husband Billy Smith, the father of Smith's son Daniel, who testified by telephone. Billy Smith, whom Smith married when she was 17, said he wished his son Daniel were buried in Texas, but he didn't have the money to exhume him. Billy Smith added that he wanted Daniel buried next to his mother. Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead took the witness stand for the second straight day Thursday in the Florida hearing about who should get custody of Smith's body, testifying more about how he pleaded with Smith to stop her excessive use of prescription medication while she was pregnant. The hearing recessed Thursday after one attorney almost fainted because of a diabetic reaction to low blood sugar.

Hopefully he will bury her with Daniel because I think that is where she would want to be buried. When it comes to Judge saying the possible fathers should get a DNA test…well duh.
UPDATE: TMZ is reporting that Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in the Bahamas next to her son.

Yes the girls were a little better than the guys, but I thought their song choices were horrible. They were wedding songs that you hear during the dinner and not the ones that make you want to get up dance. Half the girls look like they are in their 30s and not their teens and 20s and the song choices reflected it. They are young, sing a song that came out while they were alive. And yes Lakisha Jones nailed You're Gonna Love Me, but let's be real would you buy her CD or see her in concert? I do think she will go far, but I do not think she will win. Personally I don't think any of them deserve to win. Who is going to be out? I say all of them and let's start over! Sorry I am just bummed how bad this season is. Think about this if this is their song choices when it is their choice, what is going to be like during theme weeks. Two words Pain and ful!
I also think that Antonella Barba will be out because of her picture even though it will seem as though she did not get the popular vote.

Britney Spears hitting rehab one more time |

|  TMZ has confirmed Britney Spears is back in rehab. We're told the singer is hoping three times is a charm. The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled because of the new development. There will be no custody hearing today. Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. We're also told this will be Spears' last chance — if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children. We're told Spears showed up at Federline's house to see the children last night and he wouldn't let her in. Sources say the kids are now in the custody of Federline, and have been since last week. TMZ has just confirmed Spears' inpatient rehab program is supposed to last between 30 and 45 days.

Forget the 30 ro 45 days, I hope she can last 30 to 45 hours this time. Good for K-Fed for not letting her see her boys. Maybe this is the push she needed.

Scoop is reporting that sales for Britney Spears perfumes were very "weak" during the holiday season and that is leading to concern for future sales of her scents. Since this has been big her money maker for the last few years, will Britney be in even more financial trouble soon?
BTW have any of your smelled that perfume? Whenever I would smell it, first I would sneeze and then I felt a little sick.
