MONKEES frontman DAVY JONES has launched astonishing attack on dead rockers KURT COBAIN, JIMI HENDRIX, ELVIS PRESLEY and JANIS JOPLIN, questioning why society worships people who wasted their lives. The 61-year-old I’M A BELIEVER singer insists they wouldn’t have been idolised if they were still alive. Jones says, "I don’t have a lot of respect for people like Jimi Hendrix, or Kurt Cobain, or Janis Joplin or Elvis Presley, because they all killed themselves in one way or another. "Although I often wonder what they’d be doing now if they were still alive. Would they be these crumbling lookalikes of the same people, greeting people at the entrance of Caesar’s Palace?"

So BS they are “just friends!” |

Heather Locklear and David Spade have laughed off rumors they are dating, despite recently wowing diners in West Hollywood by "kissing like a couple of teens." The pair was first spotted in a romantic clinch soon after the actress filed for divorce from Richie Sambora at an afterparty for Spade’s "Showbiz Show."
And although they have also been seen frolicking on Malibu Beach together and sharing dinner dates, a pal of the pair insists they were just "goofing off."
A friend of Locklear’s said, "Heather and David were just goofing off; the whole thing was blown out of proportion. They were joking around and hamming it up, and the next thing you know, people are saying they’re together."

Edelstein knows how to bring down da “house.” |

House star Lisa Edelstein has a dark past – she was the New York party regular dubbed the "Queen Of The Night" by famed gay socialite James St. James. The actress, who now plays straight-laced hospital boss Dr. Lisa Cuddy on the hit medical drama starring Hugh Laurie, was once a wild child on the Manhattan party scene.
She says, "What excited me about the club scene was that the people were as different on the outside as I felt on the inside. I just needed to be around people who were expressing themselves."
Edelstein confirms she was Lisa E in the new issue of TV Guide, but she insists she was just a teenager out for a good time and she never got caught up in the seedy drug world St. James wrote about in his book "Disco Bloodbath," which was later turned into the film Party Monster.
She adds, "I’m not saying there weren’t drugs, but the violence that my friend James St. James wrote about in Party Monster came later. I did learn a huge lesson about celebrity, because I had just enough to experience being adored – and then hated."

Actor Keanu Reeves, who recently revealed he donates most of his money to charity, has confessed that he doesn’t use computers for anything, and would rather write a letter than send an email, according to a published report.
Reeves, 41, claims the only time he sits down in front of a computer is when he visits pals who are hooked up to the internet, and is adamant that writing a letter by hand is personal, and an email is not.
