What is it with the men in Fergie’s life and fights?

THE BLACK EYED PEAS had to flee from their own after-show party in Germany on Wednesday night (28JUN06), after a bloody fight broke out. The band were whisked into the 40seconds nightclub in Berlin after their concert in the German capital. But, as they were relaxing in the VIP lounge, a fight broke out between their bodyguards and the club’s security, after a cheeky fan allegedly attempted to photograph the group. One of the group’s minders reportedly attacked a club security guard with a bottle and hit him on the head. The fight then escalated and glasses were thrown. A female assistant of the band had to be treated by a paramedic for cuts.

I do not like to do nip slips, but the face on Coco is so precious because she knows she did a no-no and look at that smile on her face. Also check out the smile on Courtney’s face, she is so mad at Coco but is also laughing at the situation. She is thinking Coco you little rascal, you are just like your dad. “How you remind me ” to drive sober

SURREY, B.C. (CP) – Police in British Columbia said Thursday a drunk driving investigation was started after the lead singer of Nickelback was pulled over last week.
RCMP said the incident involving Chad Kroeger happened June 22.
Corporal Roger Morrow said officers in two RCMP vehicles were suspicious of the way a vehicle was being driven.
One of the officers stopped the car without incident and police said a drunk driving investigation was initiated.
No charges have been laid. Police would not release further details and representatives from Kroeger’s management company would not comment.

Lil’ Kim will be released from jail on Monday

Independence Day will take on a special meaning this year for Lil’ Kim.

The rapper, who has been serving a 366-day prison sentence for federal perjury since September 19 will be released nearly three months early on Monday due to good behavior.

"I am thrilled to be coming home," Kim said in a statement. "I thank all my fans for all their letters, as well as my family and friends for all their support throughout the past 10 months."

Rumors of Kim’s release have been swirling since Tuesday’s BET Awards, where the rapper’s mother told reporters she expected her daughter to be released in the coming days.

Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Jones, is scheduled to leave Philadelphia Federal Detention Center on Monday at 6 a.m. and then will remain under house arrest for a 30-day period. She is also on probation for three years.

"We are pleased that Kim is coming home to start the next phase of her life," Kim’s attorney, L. Londell McMillan, said in a statement. "She has accepted responsibility and handled herself in an exemplary manner."

Don’t you hate when you misplace $88.000 worth of jewerly?

Self-proclaimed as the world’s first supermodel, Janice Dickinson is no stranger to the world of fashion and jewelry. Now renowned jeweler to the stars Neil Lane claims she borrowed several baubles for a photo shoot- and never gave them back!

In a lawsuit filed Thursday in LA County Superior Court, Neil Lane Inc. claims Dickinson "received jewelry on loan for a photo shoot… Among the pieces loaned were a pair of diamond earrings, valued at $52,000; a turquoise , pearl and gold necklace, valued at $14,000; a coral and gold necklace, valued at $17,500; and turquoise and pearl earrings, valued ay $4,500." Lane says that Dickinson has failed to return the loaned jewelry, claiming "the pieces were either lost or stolen from her home."

Lane says in the lawsuit that their insurance company investigated and determined Dickinson’s theft story to be "dubious."

TMZ contacted a rep for Dickinson who had no comment.
