Alyssa Farah Griffin asked the actress what is the biggest lesson she has taken over the years. Without hesitation, she said, “Love yourself! Love you! Love you deeply! Love you madly! Love yourself with confidence! Stop being mean to yourself! Stop being disrespectful to yourself! The more you are able to be like that to yourself, you start doing that and being that to everybody else. Stop it! Love you! Love you!”
Amen! We should hear her words and follow them because they are so true. We shouldn’t be so hard on ourselves. I know it is so much easier said than done. But it is worth a try.
