CBS just announced that they made the huge mistake of cancelling
We Are Men. 2 Broke Girls is moving to 8:30p and on November 4th Mike & Molly will take over the 9p slot. So Chuck Lorre will have the 9p hour with M&M and Mom.
Now when it comes to We Are Men, I don’t think CBS promoted this show properly. It was a touching buddy comedy of 4 men trying to adjust to the single life. I think most people saw the Jerry O’Connell, Tony Shaloub, Kal Penn and Chris Smith starrer as a 4 men acting like dudes. But it was so much more. It really had the potential of being CBS’s replacement to the desperately needs to die How I Met Your Mother that will be put out of misery at the end of this year.
CBS is pushing for Mom and Hostages to be bigger, but I don’t think that will happen. Both shows are lucky to still be on CBS’s schedule. Which I don’t think they should be. I love Chuck Lorre, but I am not loving Mom. I loved We Are Men.
