Dancing with the Stars screwed up when they fired Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews, and then they hired Tyra Banks to replace them. Tonight, she screwed up when she announced the wrong bottom two.
Her first mistake was there were three couples left on the stage when she announced who was in the bottom two. Then, when she announced which two couples were there, she got it wrong. The former model said it was Anne Heche and Keo Motsepe, and Vernon Davis and Peta Murgatroyd. However, the latter couple was safe, and Monica Aldama and Valentin Chmerkovskiy were not.
When Banks was live on the air, she blamed the control room. However, after the show, she tweeted, “Wowzers. Live TV. Wrong name on cards. So challenging to deal with moments like these. But we power through.” So which one is it?
The biggest mistake of all was thinking she could handle hosting on live television. She cannot. We knew that after America’s Got Talent. Hopefully, ABC will correct their mistake and get a new host for their next season.
Oh, and whoever is dressing her from head to toe is doing as bad of a job as her hosting.
