Post Malone played the Enterprise Center in St. Louis yesterday, and he won’t be forgetting the concert anytime soon. That is because he fell through a hole on the stage and injured himself.
The singer was rushed off the stage and checked out by medical staff there, according to St. Louis Dispatch. After 15 minutes, he knew the show must go on. So, he apologized to the audience and performed three more songs before being taken to the hospital in pain.
When the singer finally woke up this morning, he recorded a video giving his fans an update. To hear what he said, then
“We just got back from the hospital, and everything’s good. They gave me some pain meds and everything so we can just keep kicking ass on the tour,” Post said. “I just want to apologize to everyone in St. Louis and thank you guys so much for coming out to the show and next time I’m around this way we’re going to do a two-hour show so we can make up for the couple of songs we missed.”
Hopefully, he will be pain-free soon. But this is not a good year for Rock Stars and their ribs. Tommy Lee broke four ribs before Mötley Crüe hit the road. He drummed until he couldn’t, and then he was replaced by another drummer. While Curt Smith had to cancel the rest of the Tears for Fears’ tour dates after his rib injury.
