For years, Bill Lawrence has said that Shrinking would only be three seasons, “grief-forgiveness-moving forward”, but then Apple TV+ picked it up for a fourth one.

So what does that mean for the show’s future? Now, we know. Sort of.

Lawrence wrote on social media, “Season finale and end of this three season story next week. Hope you dig it.

“(Excited to start completely new story next year. Feels scary/risky/fun)”

Does that mean we are getting a new cast? He added, “(So excited to do Season 4 and a new story with the same cast.)” And that is because, he explained, “(that’s why we are doing it, we love each other).”

What will the story be next season? Lawrence says we will find out after Wednesday’s story finale…

Now, let’s talk about Bill Lawrence for a second. I think out of all the television creators, his casts get along the best, which is why they don’t want their shows to end. I mean, the casts of Scrubs. Ted Lasso and now Shrinking are all getting more episodes, even though their series ended. That says he knows how to cast people who genuinely like each other. That is a true talent.

David Duchovny goes from The X-Files to The XX-Files. Huh? The actor is going in Drag in Soapbox, a movie he co-wrote.

According to Deadline, the 65-year-old plays an aging Soap Opera star who “finds himself caught in the absurdities of today’s culture wars.” As we can see from the photos from the Daily Mail, he will be a lady for part of it.

The film also stars Laverne Cox, Randall Park, and his daughter, West Duchovny.

This is not the first time that he has dressed up as a woman. He also did it in Twin Peaks. I think he should do it more often because he makes a pretty woman.

Oreo likes changing things up by adding new flavors to their classic cookie. Last year, they created a Thanksgiving meal with the cookies.
