Dance Moms is back, but without Abby Lee Miller
July 9th, 2024 under Dance Moms. [ Comments: 1 ]

Dance Moms is finally back after almost five years, and it is time for a fresh start. The reality dance show is moving from Lifetime to Hulu, and Dance Moms: A New Era is introducing us to a new dance teacher and studio on August 7th.

Dance Moms: A New Era is a reboot of the ever so popular Dance Moms. This time, with a new coach, new dancers and new mama drama. Introducing beloved dance coach, Glo Hampton, who wants to take her students and prestigious dance school Studio Bleu to the next level – competing nationally every week. But the road to glory won’t be an easy one. Coach Glo must juggle her tiny but mighty dancers, their scheming moms, and ensuing meltdowns, all while ruling with a tender but tough iron fist. Will Glo and her dance team persevere amidst the dramatics?

I would love to have been there when Abby Lee Miller found out the show was dancing without her. She is probably crying in her pillow as we speak.

Before we got to see Seann William Scott in American Pie, if you blinked, you missed him in an American Express commercial. He looks the same now as he did in that 1999 commercial!

Ellen Pompeo seems to need Grey’s Anatomy more than need her
July 9th, 2024 under Shonda Rhimes. [ Comments: none ]

(ABC/Liliane Lathan)

I bet that when Ellen Pompeo left Grey’s Anatomy, she thought that she would be in high demand. However, the only thing I have seen her in is the ABC medical soap.

Well, she is coming back to the series for at least seven of the eighteen episodes this season, according to Deadline.

So, while Jake Borelli and Midori Francis will not be back, and others saw their episode order count cut, they are bringing the overpriced actress back.

Let’s be honest. No one missed her, especially the people that work on the budget for the show.
