Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Rob Lowe met up with his Parks & Recreation co-star yesterday and this is how Andy Dwyer’s lunch was set up. There is something so sad about that photo, but yet it brings a smile to my face. Why? I don’t know. I think even if Pratt is in a bad situation, he makes it look like everything will be alright. What do you think it is?
