The day started off with Dancing with the Stars' Derek Hough injuring his neck while rehearsing for the show and being taken to the hospital according to
E!. Doctors released him with a strained neck and sent him home.
Next was David Cook was sent to the hospital after American Idol's show for experiencing heart palpitations and high blood pressure. According to
TMZ he spent a few hours at the hospital, was given some medicine for his high blood pressure and was released. TMZ says the cause of his high blood pressure might be due his brother's cancer setback. Hopefully Cook and his brother will be better soon.
Finally
TMZ says that, "Ryan Seacrest ran into a wall and smashed his knee. He was treated with ice packs and gimped through tonight's show." BTW how do you run into a wall. At least Barry Manilow was sleepwalking sort of.
