Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Justin Bieber is going to perform on this Sunday’s MTV VMA’s and he Instagrammed an announcement with a picture of a topless Miley Cyrus, who’s host the show, with a photo of his face covering each of her boobs. The only positive thing I can say about it, is at least we don’t see her nipples. That’s it.
