Vincent Margera, who appears on the MTV reality show "Viva La Bam" is due in court today in Jefferson County, accused of inappropriately touching a child. Margera, known by his nickname Don Vito, was arrested Friday night after being accused of two incidents of sexual assault on a child after a skateboarding event at the Colorado Mills Mall in Lakewood. He is accused of of sexually assaulting two 12-year-old girls. Meanwhile, a Thornton woman said Margera inappropriately touched her when she asked him to take a photo with her. Photos provided by Bonnie Moreno and her husband showed Margera licking her face as she kissed him on the cheek. She also said he inappropriately touched her.
