MTV News that she actually auditioned for the role and it was “awkward”. The cute actress said the audition was unlike anything she has every done before. They gave her a racy two-page monologue that she assumes was written just for the audition. So racy, she hopes her grandmother never sees it. So why did she try out for the role that is unlike anything she has ever done before? She said, “I think any girl in my demographic would have loved to be a part of it.†Then she added, “Mainly, I was just interested in doing something risky and doing something a little different than my character on ‘PLL’ so it took me out of my comfort zone.â€
Part of me is happy she didn’t get it because it looks so awful, but then the other part still thinks she would have been perfect for it. Do you think she would’ve been a good Ana Steele?
