Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley are pregnant! The actress and her husband are expecting their first son in January. The couple have 2 girls that they adopted, Naleigh, 7, and Adelaide, 4; and their daughters are excited for their baby brother.
Heigl told
People, “This is an incredibly exciting time for us filled with hope, anticipation, and hormones. Well, only I’m filled with hormones, but everyone in the family gets to enjoy them.” Then she added, “We couldn’t be more excited to be able to finally share this news with our fans and are looking forward to continuing to share the journey with you all. xoxo, Katie and Josh.”
No word if her pregnancy will affect the production of her upcoming CBS midseason legal drama Doubt, but I don’t doubt that it will.
UPDATE: Katherine Heigl wrote a blog on her site about the happy news. She says that Kelley and her knew that they wanted another, but were not expecting to be through pregnancy. Then they got a happy a surprise that is 9 months in the making.
