For years, everyone who has worked on Friends said that there would be a no reunion, but now one of them might be changing their mind. Jennifer Aniston told
InStyle, “Before that show ended, people were asking if we were coming back. Courteney [Cox] and Lisa [Kudrow] and I talk about it. I fantasize about it. It really was the greatest job I ever had.”
Then she took it to a whole new level of awesomeness with, “I don’t know what it would look like today, but you never know. So many shows are being successfully rebooted. I know Matt LeBlanc doesn’t want to be asked that question anymore. But maybe we could talk him into it. Or we just give it some time and then Lisa, Courteney, and I could reboot The Golden Girls and spend our last years together on wicker furniture.” Would you watch Golden Friends?
I don’t about, but I finally think LeBlanc is right. It is time for the fans to give up all hope on the show ever coming back. It is the type of show that worked when it was on the air, but it would not work now with them at their current ages.
