The host explained that he attended Barack Obama’s library opening event, which was held outdoors for several hours during the day. He thought he was smart because he put sunscreen on his face. However, he didn’t put it on the top of his head, and because of that, he got a sunburn on his scalp.
At first he was alright. Then, he suffered from a burning pain, which subsided. However, it progressed to the point where his itchy head was shedding dandruff like a snow blizzard in Chicago during the winter.
He asked his friends what he should do. One of them suggested that he use oil to moisturize his skull, and that is why he looks like he is ready to join Sha Na Na or be a T-Bird from Grease.
