It is the last weekday before Halloween and the morning news shows are dressing up for the holiday today. Each year the Today show picks a theme and this year they went with some of the characters from the Peanuts. The costumes are so hideous that you can actually understand what the Principal is saying over the loud speaker as she rips them a new one.
What is so awful about their costumes besides everything, the hairlines they did for the men and Savannah Guthrie as Pigpen, the way Matt Lauer sounds as Lucy, should I go on. Just watch for yourself as the second thing from our childhood was destroyed this week. Gem and the Holograms of course being first.
Seriously though, isn’t the Today show rebounding in the ratings? Then why are their costumes so cheap??? Ann Curry must be so happy that she no longer has to participate in this annual ritual.
