Last night, Dr. Dre was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with a brain aneurysm according to
TMZ. The singer spent the night in the ICU. Some reports say that he has since been moved out of the intensive care unit.
“Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team,” Dre wrote on Instagram. “I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!”
Dre is the third celebrity, that we know of, that has been in Cedars’ ICU this week. Larry King spent over a week there with COVID-19, and Tanya Roberts passed away there yesterday from a UTI.
