During the season finale of Doc, the show finally got rid of Felicity Huffman and added Blair Underwood to the medical drama about a doctor who loses eight years of her memory after a car accident.
We know that Amy (Molly Parker) and Dr. Grant (Underwood) have a history; we just don’t know much about it. And neither does she.
The first look at season 3 is giving us a glimpse that it was not just a one-night stand. What does that mean for her personal and professional life? We will find out.
If that is not enough for Amy to deal with at work, she and her former enemy Sonya (Anya Banerjee) are also adjusting to being co-chiefs. Can they make it work?
And then there will be the medical cases, and those are what keep us tuning in. The Soap aspect is good, but the care that the doctors have for the patients of the week is the true heart of the show.
