Debra Messing will be starting out 2012 with a new show on NBC called Smash and she will also be starting it off as single for the first time in over a decade. The Will & Grace star has split from her husband Daniel Zelman, whom she was married to since 2000. Her rep told
Us Weekly, “Debra Messing and Daniel Zelman privately separated earlier this year after a 10 year marriage.” The rep added, “The decision was mutual, and they remain supportive of one another and committed to raising their son as a family.” They mean it because a source told the magazine that her ex moved to NYC with their 7 year old son Roman, so they can all still be together. In fact the source says that the three of them all still live together under one roof. Talk about amicable, that is extremely amicable. More marriages should end that way.
