In March, CBS announced that Dick Wolf’s FBI is getting another spinoff with a straight-to-series order. This one is based CIA. And that was the last positive thing we heard about it.
The backdoor pilot was supposed to air during FBI at the end of last season, but it was not ready. Since then, the show has been pushed to midseason and has lost two EPs and actors. Therefore, you would think that would be a sign to scrap the series. But it is not. So today, CBS announced it will debut on February 23rd.
The network also announced the rest of their midseason lineup, including Survivor 50:

With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Dutton joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana, where he and his teammates must balance family, duty and the high psychological cost that comes with serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence.
