Steve Carell episodes are numbered and to ease the pain, his Anchorman co-star Will Ferrell is going to guest star on the last 4 episodes of this season’s The Office. We will get to see the two of them together on NBC April 12th and just from that preview I can’t wait to see it. Hopefully Will will consider doing it for more than 4, you know like permanently? Afterall his movie career is going, well you know how it is going.
We might not be getting a Step Brothers sequel anytime soon (thankfully), but we will be getting a rap album from the two Step Brothers! Will Ferrell’s co-founder of Funny of Die, Adam McKay Tweeted this, “I wasn’t kidding about Step Bros rap album. And we just found out we have a crazy big time producer. Mos Def, you up for a guest flow?”
I don’t know about you, but I am really curious what will be coming out of John C Reilly and Ferrell’s mouth on the album. I am sure it will not be Tipper Gore approved.
Funny or Die’s Will Ferrell along with John C Reilly re-recorded the David Bowie and Bing Crosby holiday classic Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy that was taped for 1977’s Bing Crosby’s Merrie Olde Christmas. I can’t believe I am saying this, but they really did a f*cking awesome job. The Anchorman really has a sweet singing voice.
Sh!t someone please get me the Grinch or Ebenezer Scrooge ASAP because I am in too good of a mood because of the holiday season and I am being really nice. Bah freakin’ Humbug!
Will Ferrell was on The Late Show with David Letterman yesterday promoting his movie Megamind, but he also previewed something else he is working on right now. Celine Dion just became a mom again to twins Eddy and Nelson and she is on maternity leave from her Vegas show. Well her good friend (who knew) Will is filling in for her and yesterday on the CBS talk show he sang one of her biggest songs Power of Love. Let’s just say after that twins retreated back into their mother’s womb where it is nice, quiet and safe. Part of me after that wishes I could join them.
