Out of all the artist music videos I expected to see Weird Al Yankovic in, Hanson’s was not even anywhere on my list but there he is their video for Thinking ‘Bout Something’. I have to hinest, but I only checked out the video just because he was in it, but within seconds I was totally jamming to the song and enjoying the music video. I love that they captured the Blues Brothers feel in that video, I miss the days when music videos were videos and not just the band singing. Now when it comes to their song Thinking ‘Bout Something’ that is my favorite tune of their’s since Mmm Bop! Yeah I just admitted I love Mmm Bop, you got a problem with that?
Hanson’s new album Shout It Out is coming out on April 27th and thanks to the first single off of it, I can’t wait to add it my Hanson collection.
Weird Al Yankovic’s life story is coming to the big screen and I can’t wait to see this future Oscar winning movie after watching the trailer on Funny or Die. So much is finally going to be revealed like his affair with Madonna. I always knew they had something, now we finally know that they did.
I never realized how much he looked like Mary Steenburgen until this movie, but I think Cher would’ve been a better choice to play his mom. Seriously who the freak knew that Olivia Wilde had the acting chops to play Madonna like that. She so nailed her! She deserves the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress, I would say Best Actress but I don’t wish a divorce for her real-life Prince husband and her.

Weird Al Yankovic just posted this video of his version of sex tape and I don’t know what to make of it. So maybe you can tell me what the freak he is doing to that poor bubble wrap because it is beyond me.
It has been 4 years since James Blunt released You’re Beautiful (or had a hit) and that is still not stopping him from letting Weird Al Yankovic release his brilliant parody of the song, You’re Pitiful. Weird Al just Tweeted that Blunt and his manager won’t let him add his version of the song to his upcoming Essentials album. Seriously I don’t get what their problem is with the song and Weird Al? Michael Jackson and Nirvana were OK with him giving their songs his special twist, I don’t get why James Blunt thinks he bigger than them? Seriously his manager needs to get over it already and let that Weird Al add it to his Essentials, something Blunt will not be releasing because you need to have more than one song to fill a greatest hits album.
Since I guess we won’t be able to hear the song on his album, we can still see him to do live and let’s just say what he does for a performance of the song is bloody brilliant!
BTW after re-listening to You’re Pitful, I now think of it as an ode to James Blunt!
