KTVM’s Deion Broxton was shooting a standup outside Yellowstone National Park, and there was no way he was going to mess with what was coming at him. What made him run like a group of people with Coronaavirus were coming at him like hungry Zombies? He was running away from a herd of bison. I can’t say I blame him because I would do the same.
Now that we got that out of the way, his facial expressions deserve an Emmy. I worked in hard news for a lot of years, and I never saw a reporter look as terrified as he did. I actually saw a friend of mine holding a tree while flying in the air during a tropical storm, and he showed less of a reaction than this Montana reporter.
I hope some station in a bigger market, where there are no bison, offers him a job! He has earned it!

Back in 2017, Professor Robert Kelly became an international sensation when his wife and two kids interrupted his live interview with the BBC. Now three years later, they are back, and this time his wife Jung-a Kim and their kids Marion and James are part of the interview.
Did it go any better now that they were allowed to be in the room with their father? Marvelous Marion still wants her daddy to give her all of his attention, and he calmly tries to keep her under control. Thus, the answer is no.
That is why we love them so much. Thank you to BBC’s Scott Bryan for bringing them back in a time when we need them most!
Reporters do standups from the 💩tiest locations, but WNEP’s Scott Schaffer did one a sitdown from the 💩tiest place of them all. He did one inside a closed portapotty.
The anchor hosts a weekly segment called Talkback Feedback, and he came up with an interesting place to film it this week. I wonder how quickly he regretted that decision. Even it didn’t spell like piss and poop; the cleaning products are just as bad. So nasty and gross!
When I worked in Miami, I judged the local Emmys for news, and I would so give this guy the award. In fact, we did! Which is why I was not allowed to judge them again.
https://twitter.com/AdamJSmithGA/status/1242267017308233730 Last week, Chris Cuomo called out his brother Governor Andrew Cuomo for not calling their mother on the telephone. Even though he spoke to her just before that interview.
The Governor of NY has even spoken to her since. Yesterday, when Chris thanked his big brother for being on CNN’s New Day again, Andrew said, “Mom told me I had to.” The little bro responded with an eye roll that even Anderson Cooper would bow down to.
I love that even though Andrew is 62 and Chis is 49, they still bicker like when they were 5 and 18. Well, you know what I mean. That is why their sisters are mom’s favorites.
If Andrew is ever out of office, then CNN has to give them a show together where they fight all the time. It would be ratings gold.

The news is so serious today, especially on CNN. However, Chris Cuomo and his big brother, Andrew Cuomo had, some fun on New Day this morning.
First, Chris and Andrew fought over having a curfew, given to them by their dad when they were teens. Then, Chris called his brother out for not calling his mom even though he is busy with the Coronavirus.
Andrew made sure to tell him that he did call his mom. Not only that, but Andrew told his baby bro that he is their mom’s favorite son. I can believe that because what mom wouldn’t love her son, that is Governor of New York over the one that is a news anchor. However, when Andrew is out of a job, then Chris will be the favorite son, but not child. That is something their three sisters can claim.
BTW, I hope their mom, Matilda, scolded both of them for arguing on the air. Although, I would give them some extra television time for giving America a much-needed laugh. She should be so proud of her boys!
